Also mit der Helmbahn von Obervierschach (1.154 m) hinauf auf 2.041 m, von dort empor zum Helm \/ Monte Elmo (2.434 m) und zur\u00fcck \u00fcber die Hahnspiel-H\u00fctte (2.150 m) zur Helmbahn.
